Child Safety and CSAE Standards
Alertly has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, trafficking facilitation, and any content or behavior that sexualizes minors.
1. Scope and Prohibited Content
The following are strictly prohibited on Alertly:
- Any CSAM content, links, or attempts to distribute such material.
- Any sexual content involving minors, real or fictional, including suggestive exploitation.
- Grooming, coercion, sextortion, trafficking-related content, or attempts to contact minors for sexual purposes.
- Any attempt to solicit, normalize, or promote child exploitation activity.
2. Detection and Moderation
- Community reports are reviewed by moderation workflows and risk-based triage.
- Flagged content may be removed immediately while review is pending.
- Accounts engaged in CSAE violations are permanently banned.
- We preserve relevant evidence where required by law and platform obligations.
3. Reporting Channels
Users can report suspected CSAE behavior by:
- Using in-app reporting controls where available.
- Emailing our safety contact at info@deningsy.com with subject: Urgent CSAE Report.
We prioritize CSAE reports for expedited review and take immediate restriction actions where needed.
4. Law Enforcement Cooperation
Alertly cooperates with valid law enforcement requests and reports actionable CSAE-related threats where legally required. We may share relevant account and activity information in compliance with applicable law.
