Delete Your Alertly Account
You can request deletion of your Alertly account and associated personal data by following the steps below.
How to request deletion
- Send an email to info@deningsy.com.
- Use the subject line Delete my Alertly account.
- Include the phone number or username linked to your Alertly account so we can identify it.
- We may ask you to verify ownership of the account before processing the request.
What gets deleted
- Your account profile data, including your name, username, age, and linked auth record.
- Your saved location data and notification device tokens associated with the account.
- Alert history and other user-generated content tied to the account, where deletion is technically possible.
What may be kept
- Records required for legal, security, abuse prevention, or compliance purposes.
- Limited backup copies that are automatically overwritten within a reasonable retention period.
- Aggregated or de-identified data that no longer identifies you.
Timing
We aim to process deletion requests within 30 days after verification. Some items may take longer to disappear from backups or logs, but they will not be used for normal app operation after deletion.
